The restaurant starts its activity in 1892 , together with the historic Hotel Metropole &Suisse. Throughout the years becomes point of reference for tourists and the best of Como society.
To mention the golden silverware created for the visit of of the King of Denmark (which is still in possess of the owners) and the lunch organized fro the Prince of Piemonte in 1923 (check the menu of the age in the dining room).
From 2009 , after a huge renovation and with a new management , the restaurant is ready to greet you in the formal dining salon or outside on the summer terrace.
