Some important moments in history include the visit of the Royals of Denmark, the lunch for The Prince of Piemonte in 1923, and more recently many other personalities of culture, cinema, and sport.

After some major renovations and a new management in 2009, the Imbarcadero is back as a reference point for city life and entertainment.
